indication	string	No	Disease or condition name to filter approvals by indication (expands to disease hierarchy).
minYear	integer	No	Only include approvals with approval_date >= January 1 of this year.
region	string	No	Restrict to 'US' (FDA) or 'EU' (EMA) approvals. Allowed values: US, EU
drugNames	string	No	Comma-separated list of drug names/aliases (exact match).
