Resolve a partial or full disease name to canonical disease entries carrying an ontology CURIE (efo_id, e.g. EFO:0003767). Returns up to 10 name/efo_id matches. Use this to convert a disease name into the exact CURIE expected by the disease_id / efo_id filters on trial search, regulatory approvals and Medicare drug spending, instead of guessing an ontology id.
