Retrieve ONE harmonised approval by its PUBLIC approval_id (FDA_ORANGE:020610, FDA_PURPLE:BLA125514, EMA:EU/1/20/1528 - copy it verbatim from the approval_id field of a Regulatory Approvals Search record; EMA ids contain slashes and are accepted raw or URL-encoded). Returns the application-level group - applicant_raw, record_url, label_indications, sponsors (direct entities; the full direct->ultimate hierarchy with canonical LEI/ROR ids in sponsors_chain), drugs with ChEMBL ids, indications - plus data.products[]: one entry per strength/form listing carrying the patents, exclusivity entries, TE code, pathway flags (orphan / biosimilar / generic / conditional / accelerated) and next patent/exclusivity expiries. Malformed identifiers return HTTP 400; unknown ids HTTP 404. The old internal _key lookup is no longer supported; for name-based drug lookups prefer regulatory.profile.
