sponsor_id is a full ArangoDB document id for an organization ('organizations/<key>'; resolve via Entity Autocomplete). A well-formed but unknown id is not an error: the API returns HTTP 200 with sponsor_name null and all-zero totals (never 404). A malformed id returns HTTP 500.
